Train anywhere, stay accountable, and get real results all with support in your pocket.This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. With PowHER Online Coaching, you’ll receive a fully personalized training plan built around your goals, lifestyle, and experience level. You’ll also get ongoing nutrition guidance, form analysis through video check-ins, and the option to level up your progress with monthly Zoom coaching calls.It’s flexible, powerful, and built to keep you progressing no matter where you are based.

Hybrid

The perfect blend of in-person training and ongoing support online— designed to help you build strength, stay consistent, and confidently progress on your own.Hybrid Coaching combines 1:1 Personal Training with a full support system outside the gym. You’ll get a personalized training plan to follow between sessions, plus nutrition guidance, form feedback, and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and moving forward.Ideal if you're unsure how to plan and progress your own workouts and need help staying on track outside of your PT sessions.You’ll be given everything you need to reach your goals because real results take more than just one or two PT sessions a week.

Small Group PT (1 hour)

Strong alone, unstoppable together.These sessions are a more affordable way to experience the power of personal training — with the added bonus of training alongside like-minded women, all working toward their goals. With a maximum of 6 women per group, you'll still get plenty of personal coaching, form checks, and support throughout.Each training block runs for 4 weeks, following the same structured session plan. This gives you time to get confident with the exercises, focus on technique, and gradually progress week by week — which is key to building muscle and strength.Perfect if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option or you thrive in a positive, empowering environment where everyone is lifting each other up

With over 10 years of training experience including both bodybuilding and powerlifting, I know firsthand how powerful strength training can be. My passion for coaching came from my own journey—discovering how much the gym helped me grow in confidence, resilience, and self-belief. Now, I help other women experience those same life-changing benefits.LOCATION: For in-person training I work from a private gym space located in Kingswood, Bristol.
